Spiritual Formation + Community + Spirit-Led Mission
What is the Trinitas Communities Field Guide?
The Trinitas Communities Field Guide is a formation-first pathway designed to help leaders build durable, Spirit-led Communities on Mission (i.e., Missional Communities, Microchurches, Missional House Churches). It is not a plug-and-play model. It is a shared framework built around principles, practices, and culture that can be faithfully contextualized in any city.
MODULE 01
Missional Orientation
This opening module establishes shared language, shared tools, and shared practices. Leaders are introduced to the theological foundations, rhythms, and frameworks that shape Trinitas Communities. The focus is not merely strategy, but culture. Practices, repeated over time, form people. Formed people create culture. And culture sustains mission long after strategy shifts. This module ensures that every leader begins with the same DNA.
MODULE 02
Missional Preparation
Before leaders launch anything, they are invited into deeper formation. This module is a guided spiritual journey designed to align leaders with the ministry and lifestyle of Jesus. It cultivates intimacy with God, emotional health, relational maturity, and missional clarity. Rather than rushing toward execution, leaders are shaped internally so that what they build externally reflects the character of Christ. Depth precedes multiplication.
MODULE 03
Missional Execution / Adventure
With shared culture and personal formation in place, leaders engage a practical and accessible framework for cultivating a vibrant Community on Mission or missional initiative. This module helps leaders discern where God is already at work in their area of passion and join Him there. It provides tools for gathering people, embedding in context, fostering spiritual family, and multiplying organically over time.
Together, these three modules move leaders from clarity, to formation to faithful action — equipping them to build communities that are both rooted in historic Christian faith and responsive to the unique needs of their city.
